Sigma IPA is a West Coast India Pale Ale with Centennial, Citra, and Simcoe hops. Traditionally brewed with loads of dual-use hops in the boil, beers like this helped shape us as brewers and primed our palates for other examples of hoppy excess all over the country. Sigma IPA is a nod to our head brewer’s time spent on the West Coast and to our roots as a brewery, offering a balanced yet bold hop presence, with classic notes of pine, citrus and candied fruit. A slight lingering bitterness is followed by a dry, crisp finish.
