Enjoy Oheya’s latest 15-course omakase menu alongside six beer pairings from Equal Parts Brewing\, including the limited release Kaizen White\, a koji-brewed Japanese Rice Lager. \nThe evening’s pairings include: \n\nKaizen (Japanese Rice Lager)\nKaizen White (w/ Koji)\nGorlami\nSueño\nEntropic\nMedina Sod\n\nThis collaboration came about through our shared vision of kaizen: the idea of continuous improvement. At Oheya\, kaizen is deeply rooted in their DNA. They are constantly evolving and looking for ways to provide extraordinary guest experiences. Equally\, the concept of kaizen is the same approach that we at Equal Parts take to our craft. \nKaizen White uses koji\, a special mold used in sake-making\, to convert the starchy rice into sugar rather than mashing it with barley like in normal Kaizen.
